Whether working in the university, the workplace, or within a particular community or culture, our staff want to help others develop the potential to change the world. 

The way that Jesus lived his life on earth was revolutionary.  He started an uncontrollable spiritual movement that has changed the course of history.

We believe that in order to see the growth of spiritual movements like Jesus did, we need to do what Jesus did: introduce people to his message, help them grow in their understanding of how to follow him with their whole lives, and challenge them to go out and do the same with others.

For our staff, it’s not about trying to do it all ourselves, but investing our lives, vision and calling in the lives of others.  The way this plays out depends on where we work, but it’s at the heart of what all our staff do.

Support discovery

Each Agapé staff member is responsible for raising funds to cover their own salary and expenses. From the National Director to the newest staff member or intern, our staff develop a support team who regularly pray for them, encourage them, and give financially towards their work. Full training will be given on the support discovery process.
