Where could you fit in?
We’re seeking new staff with all levels of experience, from recent graduates to mid-career professionals with a commitment to both professional and spiritual development.
Care & Coaching - Human Resources supervise staff welfare and co-ordinate biblical and practical training for all staff, as well as leadership training and mentoring.
Cash – The finance staff efficiently move money from source to need.
Communications – These staff keep everyone up-to-date with spiritual stories that pour in from all over the country and help the field teams address their media-related needs in a creative way.
Computers – Savvy management of hardware and software systems is crucial, as well as the innovative use of the internet and technology.

Conferences - Combining creativity and administrative skill, conference staff help us all see the big picture and get re-energised.
Training
Operations and Human Resources provide a fantastic and growing team environment. We’re keen to give our staff opportunities for Continuous Professional Development, so that you can be kept up to speed professionally.
In addition to this, team members receive personalised field training, 1-2 days a week working with students or with business professionals.
Support discovery
Each Agapé staff member is responsible for raising funds to cover their own salary and expenses. From the National Director to the newest staff member or intern, our staff develop a support team who regularly pray for them, encourage them, and give financially towards their work. Full training will be given on the support discovery process.
