How long will it take before I receive my order?

We aim to deliver within 2-3 days of receiving your order. However this depends on the country the order is being shipped to. See Delivery for more information.

What methods of payment do you accept?

All online payments are processed using PayPal (with the exception of book shops who may pay by credit, subject to approval). PayPal accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debt, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo cards. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.

How much does delivery cost?

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into the website and going to My Account > My Orders.

There is a problem with my order. What should I do?
