The Relationships Course

The Relationships Course is run by trained Agapé Workplace Initiative (AWI) staff in Birmingham and London in consultation with the Human Resources department of companies and organisations.  Building on standard Emotional Intelligence theory, the course sets communications skills in a moral framework as participants learn that forgiveness, far from being a soft option, may often require assertiveness, imagination and courage.
