"Jesus came and told his disciples, 'I have been given complete authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." Matthew 28:18-20

How seriously do you take Jesus' last orders?

Field Staff
We believe that in order to see a true movement of God, we need to do what Jesus himself did: boldly challenge people with the Gospel, build deeply into their lives, and urgently send them out to make disciples. Whether at the university, the workplace, in secondary schools or in the community, Agapé field staff are out there building disciples and helping others to do the same. By obedience to Jesus’ last orders, we can help change the world!

Support staff
Do you want to use your professional skills and training to help fulfil the Great Commission? In order to keep a movement of this size running, an infrastructure must be in place to keep our field staff provided with leadership, technology, communication and resources to more effectively take the gospel to the world.

We are interested in employing new staff with all levels of experience, from mid-career professionals to recent graduates, and are committed to both professional and spiritual development. In addition to opportunities for Continuous Professional Development, support staff will also receive personalised training in evangelism and discipleship, spending up to 1 or 2 days a week as part of a field team, working with students, teenagers, in the community or with business professionals.

We currently have a great need for staff to work in critical support areas, including:

• Accounting & Finance
• Business & Marketing
• Information Technology
• Graphic Design
• Human Resources
• Journalism
• Media
• Communications
• And more . . .

Finances
As Agapé's staff members, part of our job involves raising funds to cover the financial needs of our ministries. Though initially it may sound daunting, there are many advantages to this way of working.

First of all, it is important to realise that this process of raising financial support is not all about money! It’s about relationships! Each of our staff, from the National Director to the newest staff member, develop a group of individuals and churches who pray for them, encourage them, and give toward their financial needs. It is a privilege to watch God provide for our needs through this team, building our faith and theirs as we work together toward the fulfillment of the Great Commission.

Each new staff member is given the training, help and resources that they need to build a team of supporters who will truly partner with them in their ministries. None of our staff are left to do this on their own.

If God is leading you to work with Agapé, he will provide what you need. And you will learn to trust him more in the process.
