Agapé’s Operations, Communications and & Human Resources teams serve and care for Agapé staff working around the UK and beyond. They provide vital support for our field teams in a variety of areas, including finance, communications, resource development, fund development, project management, digital strategies, IT and conferencing. They also provide member care and facilitate the training and development of our staff, supporting the leadership in each area of ministry.
We’re keen to give our staff opportunities for Continuous Professional Development, so that they can be kept up to speed professionally. Some staff will be given the opportunity to spend part of each week working alongside one of our field teams, connecting with students or with business professionals.
